Exchange Policy

At Trosé, every detail matters. Should you need support with your order, our team is here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available. You may request an exchange or store credit if:
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Options

Eligible items may be exchanged for:
  • A different size
  • Another available color
  • Another available style/product (subject to stock availability)
  • Store credit valid for future purchases

If there is a price difference, the balance amount will need to be paid or adjusted accordingly.


3. How to Initiate an Exchange / Store Credit Request

Email: support@troseathliv.com Please include:
  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Preferred replacement size/color/style (if applicable)
  • Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, further instructions will be shared with you.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

6. Important Note

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, store credit or an alternate exchange option may be offered.
